Roommate Wanted! (... Again)

I _had_ one lined up, but it fell through. So, once again:

- room available in a large apartment (1350 square feet). According to the landlord, the smaller room is a "den", but has closets and its own bathroom., so you can have that one if you want.

- Located in quiet and peaceful Nakoma area, close to route 19 bus line and Beltline Highway. 10 Minutes from downtown or West Towne area.

- Available now!

- Rent $500 each ($1000 total).

- Free laundry and locked storage room in basement.

- On-street parking, with garage parking for $40 a month.

- No smoking. Pets are allowed (cats and smaller critters only are likely to be approved) for extra rent totaling $200 per pet the first year, $100 per for the second, and no extra rent for third and subsequent years.

- Fellow students preferred, but all will be considered.

Both real estate agents and our fire code use the presence of a closet as the defining charecteristic of a bedroom. I don't know why you think that room is a den?

dude, if my life wasn't on the east side, i would be all over that in a heartbeat (i'd even be reliable! LOL) except that my question would be whether the $500 was half the rent or the total rent (which would be amazing).
