Oh, hell yeah. Preferably slow and painful, but I'd settle for "accidentally" shooting him, if something more elaborate proved impractical.

You're a better man than I, then. I'd be too busy rehearsing my "Sir, he tried to escape. That's why we had to shot him, stab him, poke him with hot irons, and stake him out over an ant hill" testimony to quote anything. :-)
