It's up at Crooks and Liars. The PSA is in Flemish and the Smurf bombing is only a small part of it. Apparently it was all Smurf at first, but there was too much outcry, even though that was also a toned-down version. UNICEF originally wanted to show the Smurfs being maimed (losing limbs, etc.) to more closely reflect real life. I guess no one can handle the truth!!
