... For "Inappropriate kissing". Certain apologists have, predictably, claimed that this is in NO WAY analogous to a restaurant refusing to serve black customers*, since those oversexed homos could act straight for a few hours if they really wanted to. I suppose there is a certain logic to that. I've been told by deaf people that before the Americans with Disabilities Act, it was perfectly legal for restaurants to kick them out because their signing "disturbed the other customers". I'm sure the apologists would defend the restaurants in those cases too, since it wasn't their deafness that got them discriminated against, it was their 'behavior'.

*But is PERFECTLY analogous to a restaurant refusing to serve mixed-race couples. Then again, the freepers probably have a problem with that too.
