I believe it for sure now. Tonight I went to the bar on a complete whim, decided my first tattoo would be my family crest tattooed on my shoulder, and found myself sitting next to a very genuine, attractive tattoo artist who told me exactly how to go about getting it done. She then told me where I could find the art for my _next_ tattoo idea.
