Some people on the "idiot" side of the political spectrum are trying to make a big deal out of Obama planning to use his full legal name , including the dreaded "Hussein" part of it, during his swearing in at the inauguration. But to be legally binding, don't oaths _have_ to be sworn that way? I remember that's what they told us when I got sworn into the Army. Or is that merely custom, rather than law?
