We need a new label.

The Religious Reich has decided to identify themselves as "People of Faith", in an effort to imply that anyone who disagrees with them is attacking all that is Righteous and Good. We non-zealots need a new name of our own. I propose "People of Reason". Whaddayathink?

The problem is that they don't VALUE reason; it's sort of a neat party trick that, sure, comes in useful once in a while when you need to perform lifesaving surgery or feed millions of people or other trivial matters on the material plane, but which should always be subservient to faith if there's even a question of conflict between the two.

In fact, they seem to actively dislike reason. They rail against the Age of Reason and the Enlightenment (including putting seminal thinkers on their list of most harmful books). I agree, we need a counter-label. But this one almost seems like one they've created for us. After all, isn't reason nothing but our punishment for eating that darn old apple back in Eden? :P
