Iraqis, for their complete inability to speak their own language properly. In their mouths, the musical tones of Modern Standard Arabic are made gutteral, coarse, and almost impossible to understand. Fortunately, if you already know Arabic, it's very easy to learn to _speak_ Iraqi dialect: Just stab your tongue with a fork, stuff several marbles in your mouth, and talk really fast. Waving your arms about excitedly is also essential, as is frequent repetition of the phrase "Wa Allah!" ("By God!"), which usually means "I'm lying to you, so pay close attention!"
