As accurate as a minifig-scale critter can be. Only thing he needs is a face...

A DnD Beholder
A Neo-Dolphin, complete with walker
A Humvee, with accurately detailed rotating turret (OK, this one might not be possible to build in minifig scale)
A Baalrog
The Avatar (and all his companions) from the Ultima series
Lego Cthulhu, and finally, The Great Old Pumpkin.
